  My ABM (red handle) seems to be crimping the collet too much. It’s smashing it down so much that I can’t fit the pin back in it. I’ve checked and there’s nothing stuck in the die. I’m placing all the components in properly, but when I pull the handle on the 2nd stage it feels like its really smashing the collet in place. I’ve used this machine for about 3 years and never had any issues before… Is there any thing I can adjust to fix this? Or any other suggestions?

  I want to design some buttons and don’t know where to start. I’ve downloaded the 3″ template for photoshop but it is different from the tutorial and when I put the picture on it It covers it completely. Can I get some help here?

  HELP!!!! I bought elements 8 and am totally lost. I’ve watched the tutorial and it is nothing like what I have here
